"My parents have had State Farm life insurance policies forever. Unfortunately, the time came when one of the policies had to be cashed in. Bob was amazing and did everything he could to make the process as quick and easy as possible. When I was already dealing with so much, he was a Godsend. I have heard that it can take a month or two to get the finances from a life policy, but within a week we had the deposit from State Farm, thanks to Bob."

I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years, but after a recent storm caused significant damage to my home, I found myself frustrated and struggling to get the support I needed during a very difficult claim process. When my previous agent retired, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Bob Love and his team have been a total godsend from the moment they opened their doors.
I first called the office on their opening day, Monday, May 4th. I’ll admit I was incredibly frustrated with how my claim was being handled by the adjusters, and his staff—Cheyenne and Nick—handled my call with such grace and empathy. When I visited the office in person, they were just as friendly and professional, even apologizing for a tiny one-minute wait.
Bob Love is a true advocate for his clients. He cleared his schedule to meet with me immediately to understand the hurdles I’ve been facing. He has been proactive in escalating my concerns, providing constant updates, and ensuring I’m never in the dark. Even with a conference on his schedule, he reached out personally on Tuesday to let me know he would still be checking in with supervisors and keeping a close eye on my situation. He even gave me a direct way to reach him if I needed anything.
On top of the world-class service, I did a little shopping around online just to see what was out there—no one could even come close to their prices. If you want an agent who actually rolls up their sleeves and fights for you when things get complicated, go see Bob, Cheyenne, and Nick. They have restored my faith in the personal side of insurance. Truly the best customer service experience I’ve had in years!"
